Members can renew their policy online through the BFL digital portal during the active renewal period.

Steps to renew online:


  1. Sign in to the BFL digital platform using your registered email address.

  2. Navigate to My Policies.

  3. Select the policy marked Renewal Available.

  4. Review coverage details, limits, and exclusions.

  5. Submit renewal and complete payment using an accepted payment method.

If your renewal requires underwriting review, the status may remain Pending until approval is completed. Coverage remains active while the renewal is under review unless otherwise communicated.
